Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions define the framework governing all export transactions between VH Global Export and its international buyers. Quote Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order and advance payment.
Production Timeline
Production begins only after confirmation of order and receipt of advance payment.
Sample Approval
For first-time orders, samples must be approved before bulk production.
Specification Changes
Any changes to specifications after order confirmation may result in additional charges and delays.
